Morning routine: Pups relocate temporarily to a heated, cushioned basket while linens are changed in the whelping box, then comes breakfast.
Raven demonstrates an exercise in patience as babies nurse, cuddle and crawl on her.
Feb 8 Weigh-In:
3 @ 1 lb. 8 oz.
1 @ 1 lb. 6 oz.
3 @ 1 lb. 4 oz.
1 @ 1 lb. 3 oz.
Feb 10 Weigh-In:
4 @ 2 lb.
2 @ 1 lb. 12 oz.
2 @ 1 lb. 8 oz.
So, sitting at my computer, I hear a series of small moans behind me. I turn around to find the pups stretching as if in sequence. It's like the domino principal; however, even the pups that aren't touching seem to be affected by the whole exercise. Turn up the volume to hear their little groans
February 13 — Raven is a trooper to deal with these gigantic babies all rushing her at once for lunch.
